David Woodbery has spent three decades developing and investing in commercial, office, industrial, and residential projects across the Southeast, with a consistent focus on creating places that hold value for the communities they are part of — not just at completion, but for the decades that follow.
His work includes creating numerous residential communities throughout metro Atlanta and the redevelopment and restoration of significant historical properties: the Powerhouse and Storehouse Row in Navy Yard Charleston, the Puritan Mill office complex, the White Provisions mixed-use project in West Midtown Atlanta, and the Signal Mill office and retail project on the north shore of Chattanooga.
