David’s continuing goal is to create welcoming places that will add to the community today and remain interwoven into those communities decades from now. Over the past three decades of commercial, office, industrial, and residential development work, early and open conversation with all stakeholders has been a hallmark of David’s development practices. This effort shows up clearly in the results of each project he has been a part of.
David is proud to have participated in the redevelopment and restoration of many historical properties such as the Powerhouse and Storehouse Row in Navy Yard Charleston; Puritan Mill office complex; the White Provisions mixed-used project in West Midtown, Atlanta, and the historic Signal Mill office/retail project on the north shore of Chattanooga, Tennessee. David has also completed many single-family and townhome communities in the greater metro Atlanta area, and his reputation for quality work and neighborhood engagement has earned him credit within the development industry and the neighborhoods he has worked closely with.
Outside of work, David enjoys time with his family and friends, being outdoors in nature, and traveling the world.
